As part of physiotherapy, we offer physiotherapy in the strict sense, manual therapy, TMJD (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, and physical therapy. TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction)

TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction) stands for functional, mental and biochemical dysregulations of the muscle or joint functions of the jaw. Symptoms may include dizziness, tinnitus, ear noises, headaches, migraines, shoulder-neck tension, back pain and more. Stress often plays a major role, which coincides with frequent crunching or squeezing of the jaw.

Osteopathy for Pregnant Women

During pregnancy, osteopathic techniques are possible until just before the birth. This applies to complaints during pregnancy (e.g. heartburn, back pain) and to preparing for the birth to make the pelvic area, lower back and diaphragm as flexible as possible. The aim is to create the best possible conditions for an uncomplicated delivery. Osteopathic techniques after birth can gently support the regression. A gentle drainage of the abdomen supports caesarean section scars can be treated by targeted scar treatment of the tissue.

Fascia Therapy

Fascia Therapy is mainly based on the idea of osteopathy. Causes of complaints in one area of the body often have a negative effect on another area of the body. The goal is to eliminate limitations caused by illness. It does this by regulating the non-physiological tension in the fascial tissue. The whole thing is optimized by learning myofascial self-treatment using fascia rollers, fascia balls and stretching long fascia chains.
